Hi Folks,

I hope you have all had a chance to connect with your child by now. I just want to let you know how proud I am of all of 5B for keeping so calm in the face of the chaos, as this was something we were obviously not prepared for. 

Also, I did not discuss anything with the students, at any time. I asked them to treat it like a fire drill or lockdown procedure. That being said, they are smart enough to know something was amiss. Im sure we will talk about it as a group (upon instruction) but I wanted to give you the heads up incase you wanted to have that conversation with them at home, tonight.
